To set up an appointment or an initial consultation you can contact me at 310-623-7681 or at drvaleriapenela@gmail.com. We can arrange to speak briefly over the phone before you come in for your first appointment.
Office Location
My office is conveniently located at 1334 Westwood Blvd, Suite 2 B. Los Angeles, CA. (90024).
Parking
There is two hour metered parking on Westwood Blvd and Rochester Ave. There is also two hour non-metered parking on other surrounding streets such as Wellworth Ave, Wilkins Ave, Midvale Ave and Kelton Ave.
Fees and Payment Options
We can discuss fees at the time of your first appointment. I do not accept any insurance directly so all patients pay for my services "out of pocket". I am happy to provide you with invoices and any other necessary documentation for reimbursement if you have a PPO plan. |
